John Barrowman has been accused of putting on a "fake" Scottish accent during his appearance on the Lorraine show on ITV on this morning.

The 53 year old, who previously praised Phillip Schofield as "brave" as he came out as gay, spoke to the TV presenter from his home in Palm Springs when fans realised there was something different about him.

Instead of his usual American voice that viewers have come to recognise, the actor showed off his incredible Scottish accent.
