Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck pack on PDA and kiss at premiere of his new movie
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez packed on the PDA at the red carpet premiere of his new film, Air, on Monday night.
Ben and Jennifer, who rekindled their early 2000s romance and got married last year, attended the red carpet premiere for Ben's new sports film which he both directed and stars in.
The couple were seen posing together, and put on some PDA for the cameras as they were seen holding each other close before kissing.
Jennifer wore a long-sleeved Antonia Grimaldi dress which had a sheer white top covered in rhinestones with a neon green maxi skirt that perfectly hugged her around her hips and waist.
She paired it with a sparkling clutch in the same colour as her sparkling top.
Her hair was pinned back into a chic bun, leaving some strands out to frame her face.
Meanwhile, Ben wore a classic navy coloured corduroy suit which also included a double-breasted design.
Ben's newest film Air tells the story of Sonny Vaccaro, played by Matt Damon, a marketing executive for the athletic shoe and apparel supplier Nike, Inc., who seeks to strike a deal with rookie basketball player Michael Jordan during the 1980s.
When making the film, Ben went to the basketball player and asked for his opinions about the film, and Michael soon revealed his demands for the film.
“One of them was that Howard White needed to be in the movie,” Ben told Variety, referring to the vice president of the Jordan brand.
He continued to say that Michael had a special request about who should play his mum in the film.
Ben explained: "[Michael] said, ‘None of this would have ever happened without my mother.’ I said, ‘Who would you like to play your mom?’ He said, ‘Well, it has to be Viola Davis'.”
The premiere comes just months after Ben and Jennifer's wedding last year. The couple rekindled their relationship two decades after they were first together and originally engaged to be married, after meeting on the set of their movie Gigli.
The couple got engaged in 2002 but broke things off two years later. Now, over twenty years later since the engagement, the couple said their ‘I Dos’ in front of a group of their loved ones.
The pair’s children were in attendance at the wedding; Ben’s three kids from his marriage to Jennifer Garner; Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Sam, 11, and Jennifer’s twins, Emme and Max, 14, that she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
Celebrity guests were seen wearing all white attire at the event, with guests said to have tucked into pork chops and mac and cheese as part of the wedding menu, according to the Mirror.
The guest list was thought to include A-Listers such as Matt Damon, George Clooney, Jane Fonda, Renée Zellweger and Jimmy Kimmel.
