Derek Jeter Is Selling His Tampa Home for $29 Million – Look Inside the Mega-Mansion!
Derek Jeter and his wife Hannah are selling their massive mansion in Tampa, Florida and it’s currently on the market for $29 million.
The custom-built house was constructed back in 2012 after Jeter purchased two lots that overlook Hillsborough Bay. The home is nearly 22,000 square feet and features seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and eight half bathrooms. There’s also almost 9,000 square feet of outdoor space and an incredible pool that has views of the bay.
Derek‘s real estate agent Stephen Gay said, “This is the most impressive home to ever hit the market in the Tampa Bay area. It is the perfect fit for the luxury-minded buyer who wants the utmost in quality and impeccable attention to detail in conjunction with the security and privacy that this 1.25-acre walled estate provides.”
He added, “What makes this home so unique is the mix of large entertaining areas as well as more intimate rooms for private family gatherings. You can get lost in most homes of this size, but even with all of its grandeur, this house is a perfect fit for today’s modern lifestyle.”
Some of the special features in the home are a professional gym, a movie theater, a wine cellar, an au-pair wing complete with a living area and kitchen, an in-law suite, a full home generator, an air-conditioned garage to accommodate six cars, and more.
Derek and his family are now living in Miami, where he is the CEO of the Miami Marlins baseball team.
